You may have known her as Brenda, but she is taking bold steps to transform herself into simply ‘Bryn’. After serving many years as an educator, she is now embarking on something new: music. Bryn’s soulful sound takes you on a timeless voyage with tunes that embrace and soothe your spirit. Her renditions of classic tunes are delivered in a sultry and emotive style that bridges the genres of jazz, blues and R&B reminiscent and inspired by the music of Sarah Vaughn, Nancy Wilson, Norah Jones, Lou Rawls, and others. She would like to invite you to the event that introduces you to Bryn. Joining Bryn, will be Ray and Friends, including Harold "I never Had it so Good" Kimble on the Sax, Joe Guest on the Guitar, and Randal Martin on the drums. On the Latin Drums, Jose "Tito" Alvarez, Rusty on the Bass, and Ray Watkins on the Keys. Rounding off this talented card will be the inspirational dancers known as Sisters of Glorious Praise from Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, located in Wappingers Falls, NY. Come join us at the Historic Cunneen-Hackett Theater, at 12 Vassar Street, Poughkeepsie, NY. Get your tickets when you can, but don't wait too long.
